breakfast cassarole

2 to 4 cups shredded hash browns
1 cup to 1 pound of sausage bacon or ham { I used farmland "bacon sausage"}
4 green onions
enough shredded cheese to almost cover the top
6 eggs or equivalent
3/4 cup milk or 1 can of milk
salt
pepper

separate onion white and green parts mince white part add to meat.  slice green part

Cook meat with minced onion

beat eggs and milk

layer in casserole dish

hash browns
meat
cheese and green onion slices

pour egg milk mixture over layers

cover and refrigerate over night

remove 30 minutes before cooking

cook uncovered 1 hour at 350   middle of oven

Cream soup mix / substitution

2 cups nonfat powdered milk 3/4 cup cornstarch 1/4 cup instant chicken bouillon ( I skipped this) 2 Tbs. dried onion flakes ( I used onion powder) 1 tsp basil leaves ( I used ground) 1 tsp thyme leaves (I used ground) 1/2 tsp pepper 1 cup whey (Your suggestion) Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Store in an air tight container until ready to use.

Broccoli cassarole

Broccoli Chicken Skillet
1 1/2 lb. bonless chicken breast-Cubed
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
1 cup carrots-chopped
1/2 cup chopped Onion... See More
1Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 can (10 3/4oz.) Condensed Cream of broccoli soup
1 cup stuffing mix
1 cup Milk
Pepper
Shredded Cheese
Saute chicken, broccoli, carrots, and onion until it is cooked all the way through.
Stir in the soup, stuffing mix, milk and pepper
Let it cook for 10 minutes or until heated all the way through
Add the cheese and let it melt
