Pie Crust

1 3/4 Cup Shortening
4 cups flour
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 TB vinegar
1/2 cup cold water

Beat egg, water and vinegar

in a separate bowl mix flour and salt.
Cut in Shortening until pea size balls form

make hole in center of flour mixture to pour egg vinegar and water mixture

Pour, Mix

roll out
