Salsa
8 cup tomatoes
small can tomato paste
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped green pepper
can diced green chilies
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp tabasco sauce
sugar
Stir and simmer all ingredients for about 75 minutes. Place in jars and boil 10 minutes for seal.
